These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale, use, and installation of the ezehay Wall-Mounted Hay Feeder System (“Product”) supplied by ezehay Limited (“Manufacturer” or “Seller”). By purchasing, receiving, installing, or using the Product, the Buyer/Customer agrees to these Terms.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 Design Protection
The ezehay feeder design is protected under UK & EU intellectual property law:

2.2 Trademarks
The “ezehay” name and logo are registered UK trademarks:

All website content, branding, text, images, and associated materials are copyright © ezehay Limited. All rights reserved. No part may be reproduced or transmitted without written consent.

2.4 Prohibited Actions
The Customer agrees not to:

Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the Product
Manufacture or distribute competing/derivative products
Misuse ezehay branding, trademarks, or designs

Breach of these rights may result in legal action, damages claims, and refusal of future sales.

3. DEFINITIONS

Buyer/Customer: Any individual or business purchasing the Product
Product: The wall-mounted horse hay feeding system, including steel frame, folding hoop, hay net, and wall-mounted catch system
IP Rights: All patents, trademarks, designs, and copyrights owned by ezehay Limited

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders must be placed via ezehay.com
Prices may change without notice
Full payment is required before dispatch
Orders may be refused or cancelled at the Seller’s discretion

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products ship to the address provided at checkout
Delays caused by couriers are outside Manufacturer’s control
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns accepted within 14 days if unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in original packaging
Refunds issued within 10 business days after inspection
Customer covers return shipping unless due to manufacturing fault

7. WARRANTY & PRODUCT LIABILITY

2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects
Warranty excludes misuse, improper installation, or modifications
Manufacturer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability is capped at the purchase price of the Product
No liability for indirect or consequential losses

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

Governed by UK law
Disputes resolved through UK arbitration
Buyer waives right to class action proceedings

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Manufacturer is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (e.g. supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

11. MODIFICATIONS

ezehay Limited may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of changes.

SAFETY & INSTALLATION INFORMATION

A. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The ezehay feeder is a folding steel hoop with integrated hay net, mounted on a wall for controlled hay feeding.

For use with: Hay or haylage only
Not suitable for: Grain, silage, or other feeds
Not a climbing, restraint, or play device

B. SAFETY WARNINGS ⚠

For animal use only – not for human use
Installation must be carried out by a competent person
Inspect before each use for loose bolts, damage, or wear
Never leave horses unattended with the hoop down (filling position)
Do not allow horses to climb or lean heavily on the feeder
Children must not play with or swing on the feeder
Children may only fill the feeder under adult supervision
Do not use if parts are bent, cracked, or unstable

C. INSTALLATION GUIDELINES (summary – see full instructions online)

Select a solid wall (concrete, masonry, or strong timber)
Install at recommended mounting height
Use heavy-duty anchors/bolts suited to wall type
Secure wall bracket firmly
Mount hoop & net assembly, ensuring catch locks properly
Test folding & locking before first use

D. MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION

Weekly checks should include:

Tightness of bolts & anchors
Condition of net (no fraying)
Signs of rust, cracks, or sharp edges

Clean with mild detergent only. Replace worn/damaged parts immediately.

When installed and used correctly, this Product provides a safe feeding system for horses. Improper installation, modification, or misuse may cause injury or damage, for which ezehay Limited accepts no responsibility.
